Dr. Naziya Rashid Shaikh is a seasoned Registered Dietician with over 19 years of experience in clinical and critical care nutrition. Her career journey reflects expertise in managing complex nutrition plans tailored for patients with diabetes, renal and liver diseases, metabolic syndrome, and cardiac conditions. She has also led several initiatives in sports nutrition and hospital-based wellness programs.

Her hands-on experience includes patient care in outpatient departments, therapeutic diet planning, cardiac rehab, weight management programs, and conducting NABH/ISO audits as an internal auditor. She has successfully developed and supervised clinical nutrition policies, managed dietitian teams, and provided staff training and internship supervision.

 Additionally, she is skilled in compliance with FSSAI regulations, conducting competency testing, and has led projects involving disease-specific nutrition therapy and food safety.

Dr. Shaikh has also been involved in research and lectures on nutrition in critical care and adolescence and has been a mentor in recipe development, clinical assessments, and food safety practices.
