Ms. Salome Benjamin is a distinguished Registered Dietitian and Medical Nutrition Therapist with over 40 years of experience in clinical nutrition. Her expertise encompasses critical care nutrition, pediatric oncology nutrition, diabetes management, gastrointestinal surgical nutrition, and bariatric nutrition.

She has held prominent positions, including Chief Medical Nutritionist and Head of Dietetics at a leading medical college and hospital in Mumbai from 1981 to 2015. Post-2015, she has been actively involved in academic and consultancy roles, contributing significantly to nutrition education and patient care.
